We stand behind our coffee. If you\'re not satisfied, we\'ll make it right.

Quality Guarantee

If you receive coffee that doesn\'t meet our quality standards (damaged, stale, or incorrect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Replace your order at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if you\'re unhappy with a particular roast, reach out — we may be able to help.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We\'ll arrange a replacement immediately.
