French Press

  1. 1Preheat French press with hot water
  2. 2Add 30g coarsely ground coffee
  3. 3Pour 450g hot water evenly
  4. 4Stir gently and place lid (don't plunge)
  5. 5Wait 4 minutes
  6. 6Plunge slowly and serve immediately

Espresso

Ratio: 1:2Grind: FineTemp: 92-94°CTime: 25-30 sec
  1. 1Dose 18g into portafilter
  2. 2Distribute and tamp evenly
  3. 3Flush group head
  4. 4Lock in portafilter and start immediately
  5. 5Target 36g output in 25-30 seconds
  6. 6Adjust grind if needed

AeroPress

Ratio: 1:12Grind: MediumTemp: 85-90°CTime: 1:30
  1. 1Insert filter, rinse with hot water
  2. 2Add 15g medium-ground coffee
  3. 3Pour 180g water at 85°C
  4. 4Stir 3 times, insert plunger
  5. 5Wait 1 minute
  6. 6Press steadily for 30 seconds
